Operating in conjunction with the LIBERTY, and/or the Position Management module,
up-to-the-minute vacancy information is always available. Specifics about any vacant
position will display in Recruitment, reducing the keystrokes necessary to produce
a job requisition. The Position Description can be used as a template for creating
a job posting or newspaper ad. When your company hires an applicant, the file is
automatically transferred to the main employee data base and the new employee is
assigned the correct position. For increased efficiency in handling unsolicited
resumes, an applicant's skill set can be reverse matched to open requisitions. Of
course, to take advantage of your current resources, you can also search your employee
data base for qualified candidates.
To further streamline the hiring process, users can enter job postings through Recruitment
and then automatically post them at our Recruitment web site on the Internet. This
will allow access to an exploding network of job seekers, while maintaining central
control through Recruitment. You can also download resumes directly into the recruitment
database, thus reducing response time and giving your company a competitive edge.
A "Resume Builder" will allow applicants to enter data that is then formatted into
a resume format, as well as answer user defined questions and categories, i.e.,
skills, training, etc.
Recruitment has also integrated a time management tool that will help you plan and
organize activities, such as scheduling interviews and creating automatic follow
up dates. If you do not finish your activities from the prior day's to-do list,
you can automatically roll them over to today's list. Flexible reporting allows
you to choose from a variety of pre-formatted reports.
Analyze areas such as cost per hire and applicant source effectiveness. You can
also create your own reports for quick status checks or for ad hoc requests.
